About Me

I’m Scott Banks, a User Experience Designer in Atlanta, GA. I love Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and creating great experiences, whether they are in-person or online.

I spent the first 7 years of my career in IT Recruiting. I have talked to thousands of people at all levels of IT organizations and have a unique perspective on what makes people, teams, and companies successful.

My background puts me in the unique position to connect, communicate, and collaborate at all levels of the IT organization. I’m an energy multiplier who loves working in teams!
